Some parts, like the hands, codpiece, neck, abs and those flexible parts on in-between the forearm and bicep and shin and thigh will (hopefully) be cast in a rubber so that they are more flexible and don't break when I'm walking for example. co.uk(thanks for all your advice James it really helps a lot-good work so far on your suit as well!!) please support them both for their awesome work!!! I am eventually going to cover it with Bondo ( body filler)Īnd make moulds of the whole suit and then cast it in Smooth-on 65D polyurethane resin as advised by James Bruton on Xrobots. I was originally going to build the Mark VI but half way through the suit decided to ditch it because I love the look of the Mark 42.īut now I have already started with the mark 42 build I'm currently living in South-Africa so my products that i'll be using WILL differ from yours but anyway
